WRE News: City of Miami Beach Sets Date for Bayshore Park Groundbreaking on September 19th

Miami Beach, FL – September 7, 2023 – The City of Miami Beach will be breaking ground on the Bayshore Park project on September 19th. The former Par 3 Golf Course at 2795 Prairie Ave is transforming into Bayshore Park, a 19.4-acre serene oasis for local residents to enjoy. The park is set to feature a myriad of amenities, including a central lake with meandering boardwalks, tennis and pickleball courts, a pavilion, restrooms, a playground, a dog park, jogging trails, and even a Vita Course for fitness enthusiasts. Eco-conscious features like stormwater-retaining central lakes, motion-sensor walkway lighting, and permeable pavement have also been built into the park’s design. As part of this transformation, the park will also see the replacement of large water and sewer lines to accommodate for its eco-friendly and sustainable design.
