WRE News: “Calle 8” Tower Proposed for Miami’s Brickell Neighborhood

Miami, FL – September 23, 2023 – A striking new tower named “Calle 8” may soon grace Miami’s Brickell skyline, as a pre-application has been submitted to Miami-Dade planners.

The project, spearheaded by Millennium Developments of Brickell, LLC, is set to soar 685 feet above ground level and 699 feet above sea level, spanning a towering 57 stories with the Federal Aviation Administration recently granting approval for the tower’s height. The development is expected to offer a diverse array of 464 residential units, ranging from studios to penthouses. It presents a unique choice between a multi-level Concert Hall or a multi-story retail complex, capable of accommodating department stores or similar retail vendors. Calle 8’s blueprint also includes 467 parking spaces distributed across eleven levels and a co-working space on the 12th floor, luxurious amenities spread out across levels 33, 35, 36, and 37, and a stunning pool deck on the 35th floor.
