Miami Beach, FL – September 13, 2023 – Lefferts, a real estate development firm specializing in high-quality residential and commercial properties in Miami and New York City, and market brokerage leader Cervera Real Estate, celebrated the topping off of its new luxury Miami Beach condominium, 72 Park, on Wednesday, September 13. The 22-story project, by national architecture firm Built Form, is slated for completion in summer 2024. 72 Park will offer 206 units ranging from 470 to 1,177 square feet, with prices starting from the $700,000s, and will also be home to New York Staple Roberta’s, a Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant from co-founder Brandon Hoy and two-Michelin-starred chef and co-founder Carlo Mirarchi.
