The project from developer weareytech helmed by CEO Yamal Yidios, who traveled the globe curating elements from prestigious residences worldwide to incorporate into 1428 Brickell, is considered the world’s first luxury high-rise residential tower to Intergrate photovoltaic glazing within the building’s facade.

With a remarkable 80,000 sq. ft. of tailored residential amenities and 189 exclusive units, the building boasts an ecologically-conscious soul, featuring a solar backbone comprised of five hundred photovoltaic-integrated windows on the western exterior spanning all 70 floors.
