WRE News: Michelin-starred Elcielo Opening Location at the SLS South Beach

Miami Beach, FL – July 25, 2023 – Michelin-starred restaurant El Cielo has unveiled plans to open a second location in Miami at the SLS South Beach.

Known for its innovative and immersive gastronomic experiences blending traditional Colombian flavors with avant-garde techniques, Elcielo has been regarded as one of the most unique restaurants in Miami’s dining landscape since its debut in 2015. Under the visionary leadership of Chef Juan Manuel Barrientos, the restaurant has garnered international acclaim and was honored with a Michelin Guide star.

The new restaurant at the SLS South Beach will be located where Bazaar By Jose previously stood. In addition to Miami, Elcielo currently has locations in Medellín, Bogotá, and Washington, D.C.
