The iconic 39-acre property, located on Fort Lauderdale Beach, will undergo a massive transformation that includes the construction of a luxury hotel with over 250 rooms, multiple 22-story residential towers, high-end retail establishments, and dining options. Additionally, the plan includes the creation of public spaces such as waterfront promenades, parks, and a marina capable of accommodating large yachts.

This decision paves the way for a transformative project aimed to revitalize the area and contribute to the city’s economic growth, a joint venture between Jimmy and Kenny Tate, Sergio Rok, and the Related Group, expected to create thousands of jobs during both the construction and operational phases.
