Miami, FL – July 28, 2023 – Crescent Heights® celebrated a memorable construction milestone in Miami – the topping out of its newest residential tower – NEMA Miami. Located at the edge of Wynwood and Edgewater and close to both the Design District and Brickell, NEMA is at the center of the city’s leading neighborhoods. Designed by Arquitectonica and Rockwell Group, NEMA will feature a Whole Foods Market, an extensive collection of serviced amenities, the best residential technology, spectacular views, and a curated collection of contemporary art.

Chairwoman Christine King, Miami Dade County Commissioner Keon Hardemon, City of Miami Commissioner Sabina Covo, Miami Dade County Commissioner Eileen Higgins, and members of the Biscayne Neighborhoods Association were in attendance. The ceremony was led by Crescent Heights®’ Russell Galbut, who honored all teams and City Officials who have been helpful in realizing this project. Speakers included Stiles Construction’s Ken Stiles and Bob Soldan. Stiles and James McHugh Construction Co. teams, including nearly 600 dedicated construction professionals, were happy to celebrate the incredible progress of this highly anticipated 39-story tower, and honored for bringing the vision for NEMA to life.
