Miami, FL – June 20, 2023 – A promising development project has emerged for the former Miami Arena property, as plans for three towers have been revealed.
The project, presented by developer Witkoff and architect Kobi Karp, envisions the construction of three towers on the 5.52-acre site located at 700 N. Miami Avenue. Development would include two residential towers offering a total of 2,346 units, catering to both rental and for-sale markets, and a hotel tower. The three towers are expected to rise 615 ft, 589 ft, and 577 ft, with the tallest at 54 stories.
Additionally, the complex will incorporate over 30,000 sq. ft. of commercial and retail space, along with an expansive public plaza, which will serve as a focal point for community gatherings and events.
While the project is still in the early stages, with the developer currently seeking feedback from local stakeholders and government agencies, if approved, construction could commence in late 2024.
