E11even Beyond Residences Groundbreaking

Miami, FL – June 1, 2023 – National developer PMG along with E11EVEN Partners celebrated the groundbreaking of E11EVEN Residences Beyond and its new collection of residences. Located at 90 NE 11th St, the tower will rise 65 stories in the heart of Miami’s District 11. E11EVEN Residences Beyond and E11EVEN Hotel & Residences Miami offers a resort-style, entertainment-driven experience and destination – the first of its kind in the Southeastern United States. The evening began with a photo opp with Paul Barth, pilot and owner, of Camera Copters and MD Helicopters and a gathering at the Giselle rooftop restaurant and lounge, where guests enjoyed delicious cocktails, E11EVEN Vodka, champagne, and hors d’oeuvres. The development and sales teams gathered at the site of the project and posed for a ceremonial shovel dig. Remarks were made by partners Ryan Shear, Marc Roberts, Michael Simkins, Dennis DeGori, and Raquel Kaufman. Later, guests entered the nightclub for stage theatrics and special performances.
