Miami, FL – May 24, 2023 – Downtown Miami’s prominent property owner, Moishe Mana, has purchased the Museum Tower office building for approximately $73.8 million. Mana intends to create a dedicated space for attorneys and legal professionals in the bustling downtown area. With plans to cater to the needs of the legal community, Mana aims to provide lawyers with a convenient place to work and conduct business between court sessions. This acquisition expands his already vast portfolio, which spans approximately 1.5 million square feet of real estate along and near Flagler Street.

The 28-story Museum Tower building, located at 150 West Flagler Street, was sold by Salt Lake City-based Bridge Investment Group. Previously acquired by the firm for $64.6 million in 2019, the building encompasses roughly 250,000 square feet and is currently occupied by tenants such as Bank of America and prominent law firms Stearns Weaver Miller Weissler Alhadeff & Sitterson and Luks Santaniello Petrillo Cohen & Peterfriend.
