Miami, FL – May 1, 2023 – Last night Fiola Miami hosted their monthly wine dinner series featuring Paul Hobbs Winery with special guest Paul Hobbs. The sold-out evening began with a canape reception at 7 p.m. followed by a five-course dinner curated by Executive Chef Daniel Ganem with wine pairings by Head Sommelier Daniel Bishop. Dinner included Poached Maine Lobster; Artichoke Tortelloni; Colorado Lamb Sausage; Filet Mignon with deconstructed caponata; and ended on a sweet note with Valrhona Orelys White Chocolate Cremoso. Tickets for the evening cost $475 per person.
