We got behind the wheel of the Aston Martin DBX707 with power couple Dr. Nicole Martin and Anthony Lopez to hear what they have to say about the world’s most powerful luxury SUV, toured on a trip to Reserve Padel and The Deck at Island Gardens.

WRE: The Aston Martin DBX707 is the world’s most powerful luxury SUV. How did it feel to be behind the wheel of such a powerful car?

Dr. Nicole Martin: The car is an elegant beast. You get the best of James Bond while still being able to throw the kids in the back to do drop-off at school.

WRE: The DBX707 is full of special features unlike any other vehicle. What were some of your favorite?

NM: The car’s best feature is its sporty feel while still being extremely practical as a daily driver. With the switch of a button the car transforms from a sensible driving SUV to a roaring sports car. It’s pretty amazing.

WRE: Where did you drive the DBX707 and what was your favorite place to take it to?

NM: We drove the car all over Miami, but our favorite thing to do was enjoy the huge panoramic glass roof while ending our day on the ferry back to our home on Fisher Island. It provides a pretty spectacular view!

WRE: Tell us how the both of you met. 

NM: Ironically, Anthony and I are both native “Miamians” and happened to meet while each of us were on separate trips to Las Vegas. I was keeping a girlfriend company and Anthony was on a work trip. Very serendipitous.

WRE: How does it feel to be known as a Power Couple? How do both you support each other? 

NM: Anthony and I have always worked really hard to achieve our goals. We both come from humble beginnings and have worked really hard to make our dreams a reality. I think when it comes to being known as a power couple nothing is more powerful than family, great friends and of course the Aston Martin DBX707.

WRE: How do you both manage to balance it all: work, play and family?

NM: Life balance is always tricky. We both still have full time jobs. Anthony’s law firm has over 260 employees which keeps him busy to say the least. I still manage a full time job as an anesthesiologist, a reality TV show and mom life. We both make sure to be present when we finally get home to see our little guy. We make it a point to not work from home and we are very purposeful in how we spend family time. We take a lot of family trips and spend great quality time together as a family.

WRE: You are both very active in the community, can you tell us about your philanthropic endeavors?






NM: Anthony always says “don’t tell me what you’ve made, tell me how much you’ve given away.”  Giving back to the community is extremely important and it’s imperative that our son not only sees first hand how mom and dad support the community, but also be an active participant in the process. We actively support Make A Wish, Ronald McDonald House, the Lymphoma Society, Kristi House and other local endeavors in the community.


WRE: How do you both escape the everyday hustle living in Miami?


NM: We escape the hustle of Miami by disappearing to our house in Snowmass and lots of family trips around the Bahamas.

WRE: How has being in the RHOM impacted your lives?


NM: Overall, RHOM has been an incredible experience. It’s been a privilege and honor to represent Miami and to share our story with viewers. The show has provided us with a platform to hopefully inspire and motivate young women.




WRE: How is your experience working with the team at THE COLLECTION?


NM: Anthony has been buying cars from the collection for nearly 20 years. They treat us like family and we are proud to call most of the team that work their friends.  It’s also important to note that The Collection does more than just sell cars. We have had the pleasure of seeing first hand how the organization gives back through its active philanthropic efforts in the community.
