Miami, FL – May 9, 2023 – Embrace the unconventional and indulge in the eclectic at Miami’s newest dining destination, Okeydokey.

Three stories of eats, drinks, and beats featuring six of Miami’s top restaurant groups and world-lass mixology. Celebrating south Florida’s diverse culture, Okeydokey offers a unique culinary-driven experience that combines the best of self-service dining with full-service hospitality.

The concept was born from a need to fill the gap between fast-casual and sit-down service, with a focus on top notch food, drinks, and a welcoming environment. World Red Eye sat down with the Okeydokey team to discuss their impact, goals, and expectations for Brickell’s newest destination

WRE: Tell us a bit about Okey Dokey and the unique concept you’re bringing to life.

Stephane Benkemoun: Okeydokey is a new food-driven dining and entertainment destination in Miami’s lively Brickell neighborhood celebrating the city’s eclectic, flamboyant and unapologetic lifestyle. The venue embraces the diversity and unconventionality of south Florida  — a melting pot of food, music, culture and fashion. The three-story space features eats, drinks and beats with six of Miami’s top restaurant groups, world-class mixology and a blend of DJs, live music and other entertainment experiences.

WRE: Where did the concept for Okeydokey begin, what was the inspiration?

SB: We wanted to create a culinary-driven venue that embraces and blends the best of self service dining with that of a  true full-service restaurant experience.

WRE: Piggy backing off of that, was there any one need or something missing that you saw an opportunity to fulfill?

SB: We found that in general, there were either fast-casual self-serve dining spots, or sit-down services. We hadn’t seen anything that combined both a fast-casual, yet restaurant like experience and we wanted guests to be able to enjoy the best of both worlds.

WRE: What can guests look forward to about Okeydokey?

SB: Okeydokey is the place where good food meets good drinks and entertainment. This concept is about accepting the eclectic nature of today’s society to come as you are in a warm, welcoming and memorable environment.

WRE: Where do you see Okeydokey headed?

SB: We hope to become Miami’s go-to spot for dining, entertainment, cocktails, hanging out in Brickell and beyond. We hope to expand to other cities in the near future. Okeydokey’s vibrant energy and inviting atmosphere is ideal for foodies to wine, dine, mingle and discover local, as well as international dishes.

WRE: What are you most excited to bring to the Miami community?

SB: We want to elevate the way guests view fast-casual dining by providing them with top-notch service, food, drinks, and a welcoming environment.

WRE: What impact are you hoping to make to our Miami community?

SB: We hope to impact the Miami dining scene by creating a fast-casual, yet refined dining experience for guests.

Okeydokey is the place where good food meets good drinks and entertainment.
