Miami, FL – May 15, 2023 – Richard Geoffroy, Founder & Maker of IWA Sake joined Maison Mura owners Philippe Vasilescu and Matthieu Yamoum to co-host a VIP reception launching IWA 5 – Assemblage 3 in Miami. Richard, the former Chef de Cave of Dom Perignon for 28 years, turned his attention to Japan in 2019 to pioneer a new craft in the world of sake, focusing on blending and bottle ageing to create a rich and harmonious Junmai Daiginjo to share with the world.
