WRE: Tell us about the BÂOLI brand…
Michael Ridard & Marine Giron Galy: A Miami icon, BÂOLI Miami is relaunched under the operations of Riviera Dining Group. Inspired by Southeast Asia, BÂOLI introduces elevated colorful cuisine inspired by Balinese, Thai, and Indian flavors, ingredients, and cooking techniques. The Miami venue takes inspiration from the brand’s flagship location, BÂOLI Cannes — an instant hit amongst A-list clientele and the movers-and-shakers of the French Riviera since its debut in 1999. Mirroring the Cannes location’s transformative nature that allows guests to smoothly transition from dining to nightlife, BÂOLI Miami seamlessly merges France’s trademark sophistication with Miami’s unique vibrancy.

For the main course, guests can relish in BÂOLI’s salmon served with Panang curry and garnished with Thai basil or the pineapple Nasi Goreng, Balinese fried rice served with chicken & shrimp. Ending the night on a sweeter note, guests can choose from a variety of delicacies such as the pistachio warm cake, served with hazelnut ice cream and white chocolate or the crème brulée infused with lemongrass and topped with wild berries.
