Ludlam Trail Towers Ribbon Cutting

Miami, FL – March 14, 2023 – Developers from MV Real Estate, Alex Mantecon and Guillermo D. Vadell, hosted an exclusive groundbreaking ceremony for Ludlam Trail Towers, the highly anticipated project to help solve the dire need for housing affordability in Miami-Dade. The development marks the first-ever public-private partnership between the developer, PHCD, Miami-Dade Parks (PROS), and Miami-Dade Transportation and Public Works (DTPW). Ludlam Trail Towers will encompass 64 rental units composed of two buildings with four and five-story and a mix of 760-square-foot one-bedroom, one-bathroom units to 1,000-square-foot two-bedroom, two-bathroom residences. The towers on either side of Coral Way will be connected by a pedestrian bridge that spans over Coral Way and will be a part of the Ludlam Trail. Speakers at the event included Commissioner Kevin Cabrera, Ignacio Ortiz-Petit, Senior Executive Assistant to the Executive Director at the Public Housing and Community Development, Clarence Brown, Division Director of Community and Housing Management, Maria Nardi, Director for Miami Dade County Parks, Recreation and Open Spaces Department (PROS) and ending with a heartfelt speech by Alex Mantecon, from MV Real Estate. As the ceremony ended, excitement and anticipation built among attendees as they wait to see the final product that Ludlam Trail Towers will offer.
