The EDITION Residences Breaks Ground In Fort Lauderdale

Fort Lauderdale, FL – February 9, 2023 – Edition Residences Fort Lauderdalel has broken ground on their Fort Lauderdale project: a two-building, 11-story residential property with 65 luxury condos. Located at 551 Bayshore Drive, the Edition Residences Fort Lauderdale features two-to-four bedroom residences with water views, ranging in size from 1,710 to 4,660 sq. ft. There will also be nine villas and four penthouses for sale at the property. Amenities will include 20,000 sq. ft. of outdoor space decorated with tropical landscaping by Cadence and equipped with an outdoor meditation walkway, Intracoastal riverwalk, temporary dockage for small vessels, moonroof, sunroof, outdoor summer kitchen, movie screen and fire pit. Additionally, there will be two pools with sun beds and private cabanas, a Health and Wellness Center with Pilates, yoga, and training rooms, and a Turkish-style hammam, steam shower, and quiet rooms. Signature residences start at $3 million, with penthouses starting at $10M.
