Fort Lauderdale, FL – February 1, 2023 – Last week, Fort Lauderdale’s Pier Sixty-Six celebrated a major milestone in the property’s reinvention with the topping off of the new resort building and property’s first resort residences. The ceremony recognized the work of more than 1,000 people across over 100 companies working on the project, with special remarks from Chris Gandolfo of the Tavistock Development Company and Rep. Chip La Marca. Sitting on 32 acres of waterfront property along the Intracoastal Waterway, the new Pier Sixty-Six is set to debut in 2024 with a renovated world-class resort anchored by the company’s iconic spire-topped tower, a curated mix of restaurants, retailers, and offices along the marina boardwalk, and the first residential luxury units at Pier Sixty-Six.
