Miami Beach, FL – February 23, 2022 – Sushi | Bar Miami Beach participated in SOBEWFF’s Asian Market Night at Loews Miami Beach on Thursday, February 23, 2023. The evening featured boldly flavored dishes from across the continent – from sushi to Pad Thai and nearly everything in between – this late-night party had it all when it came to showcasing the region’s diverse and equally complex layers of flavor. Chef Ambrely Ouimette and team served Tuna Tartare with scallion, wasabi, soy, cured ikura roe, puffed rice, and shiso.

Sushi | Bar Miami Beach participated in SOBEWFF’s Wine Spectator’s Best of the Best at Fontainebleau Miami Beach on Friday, February 24, 2023. The evening paired over 60 of the nation’s most acclaimed chefs with more than 65 first-rate wineries from around the globe. The Fontainebleau Miami Beach set the perfect stage for this swanky walkaround tasting spotlighting a superb roster of James Beard Award winners, Food & Wine Best New Chefs, and Michelin-starred restaurants alongside some of the world’s most renowned winemakers. Guests were able to sample a decadent array of cuisines and varietals before making their way to the event’s expertly curated Wine Wall, which gave attendees the chance to take the Best of the Best experience home with them, one coveted bottle at a time. Chef Ambrely Ouimette and team served Baja Bluefin Otoro Nigiri with miso, fermented honey brown butter, and a spherification of truffle caviar.
