Swire To Construct Two Towers in Brickell Key

Miami, FL – January 12, 2023 – The Mandarin Oriental, built in 2000, might be getting a makeover — Swire Properties is looking to construct two towers on Brickell Key, one of which is could be located on the hotel site. While timelines have not been revealed, Swire proposed plans to build a 700 ft tall building on the property and a 1,049 ft supertall tower on the park site beside the hotel.
