Project Unveiling for Upland Park

Miami, FL – November 17, 2022 – Terra, along with Miami-Dade County, hosted the unveiling of Miami’s newest transit-oriented development, Upland Park. David Martin, CEO of Terra, was joined by Mayor Daniella Levine-Cava, Deputy Director Josenrique Cueto and Commissioner Jose “Pepe” Diaz in announcing the 47-acre development, which will be a fully integrated community connected to the Dolphin Station Park & Ride and future Commuter Rail Line.
