Miami, FL – November 16, 2022 – On Wednesday, November 16, globally acclaimed hospitality group INK Entertainment, led by Charles Khabouth and partners Danny Soberano and Ricardo Tabet celebrated the grand opening of the highly-lauded Toronto-born Italian concept Sofia, in the Miami Design District’s Palm Court space. Adorned by sleek mirrored columns, dazzling chandeliers, and a curated selection of contemporary large-scale artwork, Sofia is a glamorous, bold fine-dining experience that brings elevated Italian cuisine of the highest caliber to the iconic creative neighborhood. During the celebratory evening, invited guests enjoyed a cocktail party fashioned experience with passed hors d’oeuvres highlighting Sofia’s signature dishes and staple cocktails, while exploring Sofia’s opulent main dining room through into the expansive outdoor courtyard oasis. Guests also enjoyed tunes by special guest DJ Laura Lisbona with impromptu electric violin and saxophone performances.
