Fort Lauderdale, FL – October 4, 2022 – On October 4, 2022, SFL Food Group celebrated the reveal of Canyon’s new look and the Grand Opening of Ft. Lauderdale’s first exclusive Tequila Bar. Guests enjoyed renowned cocktails from both Rio’s Tequila Bar & Canyon, including The Famous Prickly Pear Margarita, live music and got a taste of their unique American artisanal cuisine infused with Asian, Southwest and Central American undertones. SFL Food Group’s Mike Linder joined his team members, Tahimi Cardona, Kristen Pinard, Bobby Velez, Executive Chef Kelly O’Hara and Chef Aaron Patterson along with City of Fort Lauderdale officials for a ceremonial ribbon cutting officially unveiling the Canyon’s new look & opening its doors to Rio’s Tequila Bar.
