Miami, FL – October 11, 2022 – On Tuesday, October 11^th, Brugal unveiled its newest and most exclusive expression to date, “Andrés Brugal” at Klaw Restaurant in Miami, FL. Andrés Brugal was crafted by the Dominican rum brand’s first female Maestra Ronera Jassil Villanueva Quintana as an homage to founder Andrés Brugal’s pioneering spirit of exploration and generations of maestros who traveled the globe to share the passion, warmth and joy of Brugal’s liquid artistry.

Brugal transformed Edgewater’s newest and only rooftop bar into a tropical oasis and took guests on a Journey of Excellence throughout the night. Guests were served an eight-course meal paired with specialty Brugal 1888 Double Aged Rum cocktails, with each course representative of a different chapter of the legendary rum house’s 134-year history and each generation of Maestros Roneros. The evening concluded with a lively moonlit tasting of the rare expression on Klaw’s outdoor terrace led by Maestra Ronera Jassil Villanueva Quintana, who guided guests through Andrés Brugal’s ultra-premium flavors and notes, while sharing stories of her family and toasting to the future.
