Miami, FL – July 27, 2022 – On Wednesday July 27, The Macallan has celebrated its partnership with the Rubell Museum with an intimate in-museum dining experience for 23 guests, hosted by Katie Nahat, The Macallan National Brand Ambassador.

The evening began in Leku’s enchanted courtyard where guests were welcomed with The Macallan Copa, a cocktail featuring The Macallan Double Cask 12 Years Old. Following cocktail hour guests were invited by Katie to take part in a celebratory toast, highlighting The Macallan’s incomparable creativity and craftmanship. Attendees were escorted to the museum’s Keith Haring Gallery where Katie hosted a reveal the Anecdotes of Ages Collection: An Estate, A Community and A Distillery behind an artfully displayed curtain for an impactful Macallan moment. Katie shared some background on the long-standing relationship that The Macallan has shared with Sir Peter Blake before walking guests through a step-by-step nosing and tasting of this masterfully created expression, which was paired with foie gras acorn to further elevate the experience.

For the final portion of the evening, guests made their way to the museum’s Gallery 13 for an innovative gastronomic experience. As guests were seated, they were served the newest cocktail featured on Leku’s restaurant menu “Iberian Harmony” featuring The Macallan Harmony Rich Cacao paired with freshly sliced Iberico Jamon. Throughout the dinner Katie took guests on a sensory journey and ended the evening with The Macallan Rare Cask.
