Miami, FL – April 5, 2022 – The excitement was palpable on Tuesday, April 5 when the legendary Warsaw Philharmonic Orchestra took the stage at the Arsht Center for the final concert of their limited US tour. Maestro Boreyko opened with the Ukrainian National Anthem, with members of the orchestra wearing solidarity ribbons. Miamians also were treated to the vituosic performance of the winner of the 18th International Chopin Piano Competition, Bruce Liu. He joined the same orchestra that propelled him to the winner’s podium in Warsaw for a stunning rendition of Chopin’s Piano Concerto No. 1.
