La Baia at Bay Harbor Islands Groundbreaking Ceremony

Bay Harbor Islands, FL – April 13, 2022 – La Baia, Bay Harbor Islands, the new luxury boutique bayfront condominium and private marina by New York visionary and developer Ian Bruce Eichner, CEO of The Continuum Company, LLC, has officially broken ground.  Eichner spoke alongside Mayor Joshua Fuller; Phil Gutman, President of Pgutman LLC, the tower’s exclusive broker; and Alexis Leal, Chief Operations Officer of Suffolk Construction, to commemorate the start of construction.

At the ceremony The Continuum Company also announced that they have completely sold-out the 68 luxurious residences which launched sales in October.  Featuring a highly sought-after location on one of the last large-scale land parcels remaining in South Florida’s exclusive Bay Harbor Islands, La Baia is slated for project completion and delivery in November 2023.
