Locust Projects & Oolite Arts Host Talks with Amada Cruz at Little Haiti Cultural Complex
Miami, FL – March 23, 2022 – Locust Projects and Oolite Arts welcomed Director and CEO of Seattle Art Museum Amada Cruz for the 2022 Talks series. Cruz began her presentation by highlighting the works of three artists she considers influential to her curatorial career: Gary Simmons, Felix Gonzalez-Torres and Teresita Fernández. She also shared some of her most recent projects at the Seattle Art Museum, which she heads since 2019. The lecture was followed by a reception, where the attendees had the opportunity to meet and talk with Cruz.
