Miami, FL – February 27, 2022 – Guests spent the evening dancing, sipping, and sampling swine-centric cuisine as they celebrated the bright and vivacious Latin culture that runs deep throughout South Florida at the historic Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables. Robert Irvine, best known for his exuberant personality as one of the Food Network’s top chef personalities joined Goya Executive Chef Fernando Desa, a man dedicated to preserving the flavors of Latin cuisine, and hosted this hyper-local affair.
