Miami, FL – February 26, 2022 – This dinner took guests to Peru, courtesy of James Beard Award winner Stephanie Izard and Diego Oka. Izard, the Iron Chef winner best known for her highly successful Chicago mainstays Girl & the Goat and Little Goat, took a page or two from her recipe book at Cabra Cevicheria, the Peruvian-inspired eatery she opened to much acclaim in 2019. Oka brought a deft touch to his kitchen at La Mar — and to his South Beach Wine & Food Festival® dinners as well. Together, these two titans executed a boldly flavored menu rivaled only by the sparkling views of Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline.
