Miami, FL – February 25, 2022 – Three powerhouse chefs joined forces for an authentic South Beach Wine & Food Festival® Indian dinner! Maneet Chauhan, Aarti Sequeira, & Vijayudu Veena curated a menu that featured rich, resonant flavors and unexpected techniques that captured the essence of their native India. Aromatic spices and herbs created a fantastically scented foundation for their vibrant dishes, that were balanced with exceptional wine pairings courtesy of Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits.
