Miami Beach, FL – February 26, 2022 – Voltaggio, a James Beard Award nominee and one of the country’s most venerable chefs specializing in Mid-Atlantic cuisine, is the Executive Chef and owner of multiple restaurants across the United States and can currently be seen on the Food Network series, Battle of the Brothers alongside his chef-brother, Michael Voltaggio. His unfussy, farm-to-table approach served as the perfect counterpart to fellow Top Chef alum Adjepong’s globally-minded dishes, layered with the complex flavors and aromas of his West African heritage. For this special South Beach Wine & Food Festival® dinner at RED South Beach the restaurant’s prodigious owner and Executive Chef, Peter Vauthy, rounded out the menu with classic dishes that transcended the traditional steakhouse experience, completed with expertly paired wines from the Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits portfolio.
