Miami, FL – February 24, 2022 – Legendary Michelin-starred chef and 2010 South Beach Wine & Food Festival® Tribute Dinner honoree Daniel Boulud was responsible for curating this truly remarkable Festival event, which he headlined alongside two other culinary greats: the brilliant, classically trained Ludo Lefebvre of Petit Trois and Ludo Bird in Los Angeles, who always brings a powerful and distinctive vibrancy to his dishes; and Mourad Lahlou, a pioneer of modern Moroccan cuisine whose reimagined classics and self-taught techniques are on eye-catching display at his two Michelin-starred San Francisco restaurants, Aziza and Mourad. This powerhouse trio rendezvoused for an unforgettable evening that was one for the history books!
