Florence, a fan-favorite Food Network personality known for the hit series The Great Food Truck Race and cookbook author, is the force behind successful San Francisco, CA restaurant Wayfare Tavern and their award-winning fried chicken! This fan-favorite walk-around tasting featured a star-studded group of chefs showcasing both classic recipes and unique twists on mouth-watering combinations of crispy, juicy goodness. Brut, rosé and more – guests sipped their way through France in effervescent delight as they indulge in bubbly from six different champagne houses. Juicy fried chicken, sharpened side dishes, and precisely paired champagnes fulfilled this night of sizzle poolside at The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach!
