Miami Beach, FL – February 26, 2022 – 2008 South Beach Wine & Food Festival® Tribute Dinner honoree Jean-Georges Vongerichten once again presided over the kitchen at Matador Room, his neutral-hued hotspot buzzing with 1940s style inside the sleek Miami Beach EDITION Hotel. The Michelin-starred chef and restaurateur gave his inventive dishes — inspired by the flavors of Spain, South America, and the Caribbean — an entirely new dimension. And like everything Vongerichten does, each dish was reimagined with revivifying detail. Working with only the most select seasonal ingredients, this accomplished chef pulled out all the stops and created a luxurious menu, complete with vibrant wine selections from the Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits portfolio, for this ultra-chic brunch that’s anything but basic.
