Amazon Beach Cleanup Hosted by Clean Miami Beach

Miami Beach, FL – February 18, 2022 – On February 18^th, 2022, Clean Miami Beach hosted a beach cleanup for Amazon. Amazon is celebrating the launch of its new hub in Opa Locka. Community involvement by protecting the environment is a priority for the team. With the help of 25 employees (management level), 260 pounds of litter and ocean debris were removed from Miami Beach within 3 blocks at 10^th St in one hour. Most found items were single-use plastic straws and plastic bottles.
