Miami, FL – January 23, 2022 – The Little Lighthouse Foundation (“LLF”) held its BirthDay of Service on Sunday, January 23rd, 2022 from 1:30-5:30 PM at The Motivational Edge located at 1550 NW 36th St, Miami, FL 33142. Volunteers participated in activities with the children from The Motivational Edge, Silent Victims of Crime, MDPD Youth Outreach Unit, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Miami. Activities included crafts, dancing, fitness, and wellness activities in celebration of LLF’s 12th Birthday. Crafts included decorating birthday cakes with Chelsea Manheimer and Miss Nancy from Petit Chefs, positive affirmation canvases with Missy Babicka from Kindness is a Superpower, temporary tattoos with Emily Caillon-Chene, self-portraits with Rachel Silver from Smocked Art and MAS by Morgan Shara, vision board collages with Ana Ferro, a spray paint mural with Nikki Squire, and flower art with Rufina Magafurova from Flower Queen Miami. Field activities included a fun workout with Rachel Robinson and Derek Degrazio from Barry’s, TikTok dance workshop with Andrea Saty, obstacle course racing with Pep Menendez from Warrior Focus Foundation, soccer with Daniel, Mati, and Juan from Soccer Society, and dance with Kamila from The Motivational Edge. Special dance and vocal performances by the youth from The Motivational Edge.
