The Little Lighthouse Foundation’s Holiday Toy & Meal Distribution 2021 Presented by Beyond Protocol from World Red Eye Films on Vimeo.

Miami, FL – December 17, 2021 – Over 6,000 toys distributed to over 3,000 kids and over 2,000 meal boxes (food and supplies for a family of 4) to 14 of The Little Lighthouse Foundation’s (“LLF”) partner facilities for LLF’s Holiday Toy & Meal Distribution presented by Beyond Protocol, which was held on Friday, December 17th, 2021 at the Global Empowerment (“GEM”) warehouse. LLF’s partners at Hasbro generously donated toys and games for this year’s distribution. With the support of generous donors, LLF successfully fundraised meal boxes from Feeding South Florida to distribute to underserved children and their families throughout South Florida.

Benefiting partner facilities included Excel Kids Academy, Breakthrough Miami, Touching Miami with Love, Miami Children’s Initiative, Easterseals, Overtown Youth Center, B. Wright Leadership Academy, The Motivational Edge, Carrfour, Big Dreams for Kids, Paul Laurence Dunbar Elementary, Frederick Douglass Elementary, and Phillis Wheatley Elementary. Toys and meal boxes were distributed by the LLF team, Friday afternoon. Additionally, volunteers assembled 200 GEM Family Necessity Kits to send to Kentucky to support those affected by the tornadoes. A pallet of 300 toys was packed up to make sure the children and their families had something to lift their spirits.
