Miami, FL – December 12, 2021 – On Saturday, December 11, 2021, Sexy Fish Miami made its much-anticipated North American debut with an exclusive Grand Opening party featuring a live performance by Mary J. Blige. Wearing a one-shoulder leopard print Halpern jumpsuit with knee high YSL boots, the nine-time Grammy Award winner took to the stage to perform her chart-topping hits including Family Affair and Just Fine, in addition to her newly released single ‘Amazing’. Guy Gerber closed out the night with an exclusive DJ set.

Throughout the evening, guests enjoyed delicious Perrier-Jouët Champagne, Pernod-Ricard cocktails, and a diverse selection of canapés from Chef Director Bjoern Weissgerber inspired by the seas of Asia, with a focus on Japan. Guests reveled in the glamorous and opulent surrounding, with interior features including ten striking Damien Hirst sculptures and grand frieze relief that adorns two walls, as well as 26 Frank Gehry fish lamps. Joining Sexy Fish Chairman & Owner Richard Caring and wife Patricia, guests in attendance included Walshy Fire of Major Lazer, Director Michael Bay, and DJ Sub Zero, among many others.
