Miami, FL – October 9, 2021 – On Saturday, October 9, Frost Art Museum FIU welcomed guests to an exhibition celebration hosted by Miami artists Robert Andy Coombs and Pepe Mar, celebrating the artists’ exhibitions “Robert Andy Coombs: Notions of Care” and “Tesoro: Pepe Mar’s Love Letter to the Frost.” Event-goers enjoyed a conversation with the artists, moderated by Phillip M. Carter, Ph.D. Director, Center for Humanities in an Urban Environment at FIU. The talk was followed by by live music, refreshments, Martini & Rossi Fiero cocktails, and exclusive tours of the museum’s current exhibitions.
