This signature event seamlessly blends the down-home, mouthwatering world of barbecue with free-flowing Moët & Chandon – an original sponsor of the Festival – to create a satiating and sizzling combination guaranteed to thrill any palate.

Founded in 1743, Moët & Chandon celebrates life’s memorable moments with a range of unique champagnes for every occasion. SOBEWFF® tapped Emmy Award-winning rockstar Chef Guy Fieri to host this party on the sands of South Beach. New York Times’ bestselling author Fieri is no stranger to hosting the Festival’s most iconic barbecue celebrations, previously serving as host in 2012, 2015 and 2019. With all that experience under his belt, he returned to the beach alongside some of America’s most fearless pitmasters and grill maestros to form a collective of 20+ chefs roasting their most mouth-watering creations low and slow on the beach. A variety of beef, pork, poultry, seafood and more received both classic and modern treatments from these talented chefs, who came from all around Florida to captivate taste buds.
