Miami, FL – May 23, 2021 – SOBEWFF® guests spent the evening dancing, sipping and sampling swine-centric cuisine as they celebrated the bright and vivacious Latin culture that runs deep throughout South Florida at the historic Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables. The Festival tapped chef and cookbook author Robert Irvine, best known for his exuberant personality as one of the Food Network’s top chef personalities, alongside Goya Executive Chef Fernando Desa, a man dedicated to preserving the flavors of Latin cuisine, to host this hyper-local affair. Together, Irvine and Desa presided as an elite group of popular chefs from across Miami dished out their tastiest creations representing flavors iconic to Latin culinary culture. Attendees sipped on cocktails from Tito’s Handmade Vodka and Jim Beam® Bourbon Whiskey, while noshing on samplings of crispy and succulent pork preparations to round out this early evening soirée.
