The poolside lawns of the Fontainebleau Miami Beach set the perfect al fresco stage for the finest night under the stars, featuring a cohort of critically-acclaimed chefs, James Beard Award nominees and finalists, Food & Wine Best New Chefs, and more decorated talent.
