In fact, even the Government of Mexico has given Bayless the Mexican Order of the Aztec Eagle – the highest decoration bestowed on foreigners whose work has benefitted Mexico and its people.
Executive Chef Scott Linquist, the mind behind the mouthwatering flavors and lively ambiance, reminiscent of the best Mexican street food you will ever have, of Coyo Taco and Tequila Bar and the newly-opened Los Buenos by Coyo Taco, is a fellow devotee of modern Mexican cuisine.
