Goikolea is known as one of the foremost chefs in the Basque country and his love for the art of gastronomy is electric.
For one incomparable night, Goikolea opened his doors to dynamo Chef Laëtitia Rouabah, executive chef of the iconic New York restaurant, Benoit, who melded their Basque influences with her expertise in traditional French cooking. A French native, Rouabah, who trained under world-renowned chef and holder of the most Michelin stars, Chef Alain Ducasse, is a powerhouse female chef destined to change the culinary atmosphere one plate at a time.
