SOBEWFF® carefully curated more than a dozen chefs, led by Chef Tyler Florence, to serve up their best birds – paired with refreshing bubbly – poolside at the W South Beach. Florence, a fan-favorite Food Network personality known for the hit series The Great Food Truck Race and cookbook author, is the force behind successful San Francisco, CA restaurant Wayfare Tavern and their award-winning fried chicken!

This fan-favorite walk-around tasting once again featured a star-studded group of chefs showcasing both classic recipes and unique twists on mouth-watering combinations of crispy, juicy goodness – topped off with a special Salty Donut treat inspired by Florence himself. Brut, rosé and more – guests sipped their way through France in effervescent delight as they indulged in bubbly from six different champagne houses. Juicy fried chicken, sharpened side dishes, and precisely paired champagnes fulfilled this night of sizzle poolside at the W South Beach!
