Miami Beach, FL – May 22, 2021 – Acclaimed chef and SOBEWFF® 2008 Tribute Dinner honoree Jean-Georges Vongerichten hosted a Saturday brunch at his glamorous, historic and reinvented Matador Room at the lavish Miami Beach EDITION Hotel, where classic cuisine gets a modern twist, upgraded for a new generation.

Vongerichten is known for being involved with every element of his restaurants worldwide – from concept to menu to architectural design and staff, and he remains attentive to each and every detail. Working with only the most select ingredients, Vongerichten created a luxurious menu to pair with wine selections from a refreshing and vibrant portfolio of Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits, especially for the Festival brunch.
