Miami, FL – May 23, 2021 – This seafood-inspired brunch was true to South Florida celebrity Chef Adrianne Calvos’ own heart and lifelong motto: ‘Maximum Flavor.’ Calvo, chef/owner of Chef Adrianne’s, Cracked Eatery, and Redfish by Chef Adrianne, began her culinary career in high school and has since had the opportunity to learn from some of the industry’s best chefs and cater for top-notch events around the world.
For this seafood-forward brunch, Calvo welcomed Claire Robinson, chef and beloved television personality best known for her Food Network show 5 Ingredient Fix and her latest show Real Time, to her kitchen to share her passion for easy, elegant and irresistible cooking. Redfish by Chef Adrianne – the rebirth of the famous Redfish Grill inside the historic Matheson Hammock Park and the only waterfront restaurant in Coral Gables – came alive with the energy of these two powerhouse female chefs as guests dined in style and sipped on perfectly paired wine from the Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits portfolio.
