New World Symphony’s Virtual Gala: Brave New World at Private Residences

Miami, FL – February 20, 2021 – NWS‘s 33rd Anniversary Virtual Gala was a celebration of resilience, honoring the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation and its CEO Alberto Ibargüen. MTT and Gala Chairs Judith Rodin and Paul Verkuil invited guests to join the festivities.

NWS aired the world premiere of a film produced by MTT Anything is Possible: A New World Story. It details NWS’s early days, celebrates the 10th Anniversary of the New World Center and looks to NWS’s future, featuring new interviews with MTT, Frank Gehry, NWS alumni and more. While the Gala was virtual, some guests gathered together in Miami homes including those of John Haley and Rose Ellen Greene.
