Miami, FL – December 9, 2020 – On Wednesday, December 9, g.l.o.w. celebrated its grand opening in Wynwood with an intimate, socially distanced gathering. Chef Todd Erickson served up signature items like kung pao cauliflower and Impossible meatball sliders from g.l.o.w.’s Super Eats menu and debuted g.l.o.w.’s limited-edition holiday froyo flavors, including Candy Cane, Coquito, Sugar Cookie, and Gingerbread.

Owner Kylie Schuyler was joined by board members from Girl Power Rocks, one of g.l.o.w.’s philanthropy partners, and members of Berenblum Busch Architecture, Shorecrest Construction, and Unique Rabbit Studios, who redesigned the former art gallery space into g.l.o.w.’s whimsical and inviting storefront. Also in attendance were g.l.o.w. general manager Jeremy Light, communications manager Hailey Winfield, front of house manager Emma Horton, pastry chef Dechelle Francis, and BASH Events led by Shareese Watkins, who helped make the evening possible.
